There are times in all our lives where we need the support of someone else. The Apostle Paul told those who were strong in faith to bear the infirmities of those who were weak (Romans 15:1). I like the way the New American Standard Bible reads it: "Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength and not to just please outselves."

I remember a time when I went to a minister for prayer for my boss. I was concerned about her health because she was under a lot of stress and was pushing herself very hard. I could have prayed, but I also was under stress and felt I needed someone else to pray. This verse came to mind.

The following day after the minister prayed, I told my boss I had a minister pray for her. She said the previous night she decided she was not going to worry or stress out over this project. She said she had peace after that. The Prayer of Agreement is a powerful avenue.
